<p>Job Duties:</p><p>-Assist in daily property operation and management;</p><p>-Handle clients’ inquires and deliver quality services to customers;</p><p>-To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors;</p><p>-To attend regular meetings with Owners Committee and liaise with government parties;</p><p>- To perform any ad-hoc duty assigned by supervisor.</p><p> </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>-Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines;</p><p>- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in property management ;</p><p>-Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;</p><p>-Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence is an advantage;</p><p>-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;</p><p>-Customer-oriented and good communication skills</p><p></p><p>Interested parties please send your resume by WhatsApp at****** or https://wa.me/******/</p>
