Private Domain Operations Director (US Market)

Duties:

Responsible for the overall operation and management of the WhatsApp private community in the United States, ensuring community activity and stability;

Plan and execute private domain activities for US users (such as holiday activities, giveaways, interactive topics, and promotional activities) to enhance user engagement and conversion rate;

Push new brands to privately incubate and grow in the US market, establish and perfect operating mechanisms;

Regularly collect, process and analyze operational data, form reports, and propose feasible optimization solutions;

Collaborate closely with market, design, sales, etc. teams to ensure effective implementation of private domain operations and resource support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, 1 to 2 years of experience, marketing, journalism and communication, international business and other related professional preferences;

Above community/private domain/new media operation experience, those with overseas user operation experience are preferred;

Familiar with the use and gameplay of overseas social platforms such as WhatsApp;

Have good cross-cultural communication skills and execution ability, understand and grasp the interests and habits of American users;

Have data analysis awareness, and be able to optimize operational strategies based on data-driven;

Strong sense of responsibility, able to independently push work to the ground, at the same time with good team spirit, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Have experience in user operations or community growth in the US market;

Have private domain event planning and conversion landing case;

Have a certain understanding of cross-border e-commerce, consumer goods or electronic cigarettes industry.
