Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Senior Executive to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, think creatively, and grow in the digital marketing field.
Key Responsibilities
Research market trends, identify target audiences, and develop tailored digital marketing plans
Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms
Support lead generation and performance marketing initiatives
Help manage paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn), track conversions, and optimize ad performance to achieve ROI and CPA targets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and aligned with client objectives.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
Strong understanding of social media, Google Ads, and content marketing
Hands-on experience in Google and Meta advertising
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
