Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional and personalized financial consulting services to customers, helping them formulate long-term plans that meet their financial goals.
- In-depth analysis of customers’ asset situation, risk tolerance, and financial needs, providing scientific and reasonable investment allocation advice.
- Based on market changes and customer needs, recommend suitable wealth management products and services, and achieve asset preservation and appreciation.
- Regularly visit customers, track the execution effect of financial planning, and adjust strategies in a timely manner based on life stages or changes in the economic environment.
- Continuously maintain customer relationships, enhance customer stickiness, promote customer referrals and deep cooperation, and improve overall satisfaction.
Work requirements
- Have a financial, economic, accounting or relevant professional academic background, those with industry work experience are given priority.
- Familiar with local and international financial market dynamics, understand the characteristics of various financial products, and have solid financial analysis skills.
- Have excellent communication and expression skills and customer service awareness, and be able to accurately capture and respond to customer needs.
- Adhere to professional ethics, have a high sense of confidentiality, and be able to handle sensitive customer information and privacy data properly.
