<p>• Solid experience in maintaining the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production</p><p>• solid knowledge on the configurations and scripts for deployment</p><p>• Hands on exp in monitoring the system/application performance, and hardware issues</p><p></p><p>Remarks: this role need to work on shift duty including weekends</p><p></p><p></p><p>As part of the iX Experience Design & Marketing Platform Practice, the role is responsible for manging the developed digital experiences deployed at various venues.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production</p><p>• Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables</p><p>• Monitor system performance, escalate application and/or hardware issues to designated contact points</p><p>• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with end-users on issue identification, mitigation and workarounds</p><p>• Document and maintain procedures for issue resolution</p><p>• Provide stand-by and ad-hoc support at non-office hours</p><p>Qualifications </p><p>Must have:</p><p>• Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Information Technology or related disciplines</p><p>• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience</p><p>• Good command in both spoken and written English</p><p>• Good command in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin</p><p>Ideally, you’ll also have:</p><p>• Experienced in digital kiosk IT solutions is an absolute advantage</p><p>• Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) for database querying</p><p>• Good technical skill on Windows and mobile applications</p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
