Position name: HVAC Assistant Designer

• Assist in the preliminary design, drawing preparation and technical file compilation of HVAC systems, covering ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, etc.

• Coordinate with sales engineers and mechanical and electrical engineering teams across professional boundaries, participate in early-stage technical discussions, site inspections, and construction support

• Use relevant software tools to draw floor plans, system block diagrams, and detailed large-scale drawings

• Participate in site inspections, installation testing, and final acceptance support according to project progress, record and follow up technical issues on site

• Have basic HVAC concepts, welcome fresh graduates, career changers, and interns to apply; no need to specify academic qualifications or work experience, we value learning attitude and sense of responsibility

• Able to communicate fluently in English (mainly with foreign customers), and Chinese can be used for internal communication within the team

• Familiar with computer operations and willing to learn mainstream design software

• Have good logical thinking and document processing abilities, be able to complete assigned tasks on time and actively report progress

• Flexible work schedule, daily working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, actual working and rest time can be negotiated and adjusted according to project needs

• Support hybrid office mode, after approval, you can handle plan revisions, document sorting, etc. Non-site-specific work at home

• Enjoy a five-day work week, with Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays fully off, and an additional 14 paid annual leave days

• Competitive salary structure, with a monthly salary range of HKD 20,000 to 30,000, actual salary will be based on personal background, skill level and responsibilities assumed, with additional performance bonuses and project completion bonuses
