Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing the comprehensive responsibilities of the branch manager and ensure smooth daily operations and achieve business objectives.

• Coordinate and manage the loan processing flow, including credit review, risk assessment and approval operations, to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Promote the sales and promotion of various financial products, with special emphasis on personal loans, credit services and credit cards, etc. business growth.

• Lead the front-line team to provide professional and efficient counter and consultation services to customers, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a bank or financial company, of which at least 3 years must be in a management position such as supervisor or manager.

• Have successful promotion experience and execution experience in credit advice, personal loans, etc. financial products.

• Familiar with loan processing procedures and credit risk management principles, able to effectively monitor quality and compliance.

• Have excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to clearly express professional content and build customer trust.

• Leadership skills, able to effectively motivate the team, assign tasks and improve overall service and sales performance.

• Monthly salary range is from HKD 25,000 to 38,000, adjusted according to qualifications and experience.
