AberdeenAssistant Accountants

Responsibilities: General accounting and bookkeeping (data input, invoice preparation), processing and follow-up on invoices, receipts and payments (including cheques and online banking); assisting with monthly/annual statements and financial statements; assisting in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements; completing other tasks assigned by supervisor, occasionally requiring field work.

Qualifications: Post-secondary education, diploma/certificate; 3 years of experience; good Cantonese, good English, general Mandarin; holding a LCC advanced certificate, with general accounting knowledge, and a little knowledge of FlexAccount. Careful work, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Benefits: $20,000 - $22,000 per month, 12 days of bank holidays and paid annual leave, medical benefits.

Working hours: Work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm
