Job Description

Job Title: Audit and Accounting

**Job Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for statutory audit (Statutory Audit) work, and issue annual financial statements audit report for listed companies or legally required audit enterprises.
2. Execute internal audit (Internal Audit), evaluate the company's internal control system and risk management process, and propose improvement suggestions.
3. Participate in IPO audit projects, review the financial status of listed companies in the past three years, and assist them in meeting the information disclosure requirements of relevant regulatory agencies.
4. Execute special audit tasks, including but not limited to liquidation audit, acquisition audit, subsidy audit, etc., and provide professional audit opinions.
5. Process daily accounting transactions, including invoice entry, account processing, and financial statement preparation, and provide accounting system setup and accounting policy advice.
**Work requirements**
1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, auditing or related fields, with professional accounting qualifications (such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) being given priority.
2. Have good financial analysis skills and solid accounting audit theoretical foundation, familiar with Hong Kong financial reporting standards (HKFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
3. Have relevant audit or accounting field work experience, those with Big Four accounting firm or relevant industry experience are preferred.
4. Familiar with the internal control process of the enterprise, have the ability of risk identification and evaluation, and be able to propose effective improvement schemes.
5. Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, and be able to complete multiple audit and accounting tasks under pressure.
