<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Review/plan/setup preventative maintenance and corrective repairs needs on GSE such as belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, pushback units, GPU/APUs, air conditioning units, baggage carts, loaders and high-lift catering trucks.</p></li><li><p>Have electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Have diagnostics knowledge using appropriate tools and software.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and defect reports using CMMS software.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the management of workshop tools and equipment maintenance schedule, calibration records, and certifications.</p></li><li><p>Raise purchase requests and liaise with procurement for timely sourcing of parts and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of various tools in accordance with manufacturer and safety guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to all aviation and airport safety standards (e.g. IATA, ICAO, CAA, OSHA, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Create report and investigate equipment-related incidents or near misses, and implement corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare audits, inspections, and reports required by aviation authorities and airport stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support and training to technicians and apprentices.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the development of SOPs, technical manuals, and training materials.</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with the latest GSE technologies and attend vendor or OEM training when required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Aeronautical Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive / heavy equipment or GSE maintenance & repair field.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of airside operations, safety regulations, and technical compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license; airside operator permit is a strong advantage.</p></li><li><p>Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CMMS platforms).</p></li></ul>
