Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for exploring emerging markets, conducting market research and opportunity evaluation, identifying industries and regions with growth potential, and formulating and implementing market entry strategies.
- Lead high-value strategic cooperation projects through the entire negotiation cycle, including co-operation mode design, commercial terms negotiation, contract framework planning and internal cross-departmental coordination (such as legal, financial, product, and operations).
- Continuously track the progress and business performance of collaborative projects, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly report strategy progress and investment return analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing and sales teams to convert external collaboration results into scalable business solutions that support revenue growth and market share improvement.
- Have more than 5 years of business development (Business Development) or strategic cooperation related experience, those with technology, SaaS, digital service or platform-type enterprise background are preferred.
- Have successfully led at least 2 cross-border or cross-industry strategic cooperation projects, familiar with the entire process from opportunity identification, due diligence, negotiation to contract signing and implementation.
- Proficient in Chinese and English communication and writing, with high-level presentation skills and cross-cultural negotiation skills, able to independently face high-level decision makers (C-level) for strategic dialogue.
- Have basic financial analysis skills, able to evaluate the revenue contribution, cost structure and long-term ROI of cooperation models; familiar with core contract terms (such as IP ownership, exclusivity, termination conditions, etc.) are preferred.
