<p><strong>Job Title：Processing Expert/Engineer</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Processing Expert/Engineer to join our team and conduct</p><p>fermentation and purification process development for scaling recombinant</p><p>microbials culture (E. coli experience is preferred) for proteins/peptides/DNA</p><p>(plasmid, cosmid, BAC, etc.) manufacturing.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li><p> Design, Develop and Optimization the fermentation and purification process for strains culturing in fermenter for protein/peptide expression/DNA (plasmid, cosmid, BAC, etc.) manufacturing.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p> Design, Develop and Optimization the purification process for large scale protein/peptides/DNA vectors (plasmid, cosmid, BAC, etc.) extraction and purification, Product Quality Control and Endotoxin Removal.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Compile, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports, highlighting information and trends</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Write reports and documents describing protocols, policies, maintenance, standards and SOP for fermentation parameters adjusting and controlling, and for down-streaming purification process.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain equipment by following preventive maintenance schedules, performing tests, troubleshooting, and resolving malfunctions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements and skills</strong>:</p><ul><li><p> Master or PhD’s degree in Bioengineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Fermentation engineering, or a related field.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proven work experience (at least two years working experience) in Strain culturing/fermentation scaling up and bioproduct purification. (GMP experience and expert is highly welcome)</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</p></li><li><p>Skillful in media ingredients and process optimization for lower cost with higher yield.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Keen attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Outstanding teamwork and communication capabilities</p></li></ul>
