Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing Interior fit-out contractor in Hong Kong. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities
Manage the full set of daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, voucher preparation, payment processing, inter-company transactions, and general ledger maintenance
Assist with bank account management, including account operations and maintenance
Prepare monthly payroll and MPF contributions
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to support timely payment releasing and liaise with external auditors during audits
Requirements
Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
At least 3 years’ accounting experience, with solid exposure to full-set accounting
Experience in construction / interior fit-out industry is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel
Immediately Available / Short Notice period is highly preferred
