Job Recruitment: Hong Kong Financial Accounting

A. Responsibilities and Functions

1. Responsible for the daily accounting of the Hong Kong company, including invoice input and verification, ensuring that the accounting is in compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Act and Hong Kong Accounting Standards (HKAS).

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the Hong Kong company, such as the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement, and submit them to the relevant departments on time.

3. Process Hong Kong tax-related work, including calculation, declaration and payment of capital gains tax and salary tax, and assist in completing tax audits.

6. Assist the financial manager in optimizing financial processes and proposing financial risk prevention and control suggestions.

II. Employment Requirements

1. Identity and academic qualifications: Need to hold Hong Kong resident identity; Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, financial management, etc.

2. Qualifications and experience: Hold a qualification from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) or ACCA, CPA (China), etc. Relevant accounting qualifications are preferred; those with 2 to 3 years or above of Hong Kong financial accounting-related work experience, familiar with local accounting and tax regulations.

3. Skills required: Proficient in the use of common Hong Kong financial software (such as QuickBooks, Sage) and Office office software, with good English reading and writing abilities.

4. Quality requirements: Precise and detailed, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
