Responsible for the installation, adjustment, maintenance and repair of aluminum alloy windows and sliding doors, ensuring structural stability, smooth opening and closing, and sealing performance that meets the building and owner acceptance standards;
Execute indoor and outdoor waterproofing projects, covering waterproofing layer construction, repair and quality control around window frames, balconies, terraces and bathroom areas; familiar with the construction process, drying time, lap requirements and acceptance focus of common waterproofing materials such as polyurethane coating, cement-based permeation crystallization, etc.;
Based on construction drawings, site actual conditions and building progress, carry out precise measurement, layout and positioning, ensure aluminum windows and waterproofing processes are coordinated and matched with the main structure, avoid dimensional deviation and rework;

Requirements:

Holding a valid construction worker registration certificate (CIC Registration) and safety card; holding a Hong Kong identity card or having local recognition of relevant skills qualifications is preferred;
Follow management arrangements, be able to accurately understand and efficiently execute assigned tasks by supervisors; have clear expression and listening abilities, and be good at cross-job communication and collaboration;
Work attitude sincere and steady, attach importance to construction details and product quality; able to adapt to different construction environments such as outdoor high temperature, heavy rain and indoor closure; have basic Cantonese listening and speaking abilities, and can communicate smoothly with local teams and owners;
Value team atmosphere, respect colleagues, take the initiative to assist, and jointly maintain a harmonious, professional, and responsible construction site culture.
