<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Analyse and document needs:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Gather requirements from business users and analyse how current or new applications can meet those needs.</p></li><li><p>Manage the design & logic of existing solutions and identify the potential improvement area. Evaluate, design and implement business process re-engineering that strive for efficiency and effectiveness to support the business growth.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Translate between business and IT:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as a translator between non-technical business stakeholders and technical developers to ensure everyone understands the goals and functionality.</p></li><li><p>Plan, coordinate and configure system enhancements according to user requirements.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>System maintenance and support:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Assist with the creation and maintenance of user accounts, investigate and resolve data issues, and support the applications after they are implemented.</p></li><li><p>Manage overall Store related solutions and applications daily activities, including but not limited to resolve day-to-day system interface, maintenance, user requests and enquiries from system perspective.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Testing and quality management:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Drive completion of user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage overall project implementation, such as Design, Budget, Timeline, Deliverable and Service Vendor management.</p></li><li><p>Provide qualified advice and systems support to users. Assure quality in deliverables by managing project implementation, communicating efficiently with different parties and identifying project risks in advance.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Data analysis for continuous improvement:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Data analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights that support business decisions.</p></li><li><p>Proactively advocate and utilize technology innovation in digital transformation for retail industry.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education: </strong>A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce or related disciplines and minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication: </strong>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for working with both technical and non-technical teams.</p></li><li><p><strong>Analytical skills: </strong>Strong ability in problem-solving and data interpretation, effectively translate complex information into understandable insights. Attention to detail, highly organized and strong time management skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical knowledge: </strong>Familiarity with business data systems and application development. Strong competence and experience in Retail/ Digital solution development and rollout, including but not limited to POS, KMS and related integrations to Mobile App, eCommerce and CRM.</p></li><li><p><strong>Project management: </strong>Experience in managing projects from start to finish, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong logical sense in F&B industry, digital agency and SI vendor, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)</p></li></ul>
