One of our clients, a well-known insurer, is looking for an Senior Business Analyst - Cloud/AI Project Delivery to support their transformation journey. You’ll work closely with engineering and operations teams to modernise cloud services through automation, AI, and smarter processes — helping us build a more resilient, efficient, and self‑service cloud platform.

What You’ll Do

• Support cloud operation transformation initiatives using automation, AI, and modern engineering practices.

• Work with Cloud Engineering Ops to improve reliability, reduce manual work, and speed up service delivery.

• Coordinate cloud operation support with local markets (including Japan) and technical teams.

• Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate requirements into automated or AI‑enabled solutions.

• Communicate with stakeholders in English and Japanese to gather requirements and provide updates.

• Prepare documentation such as runbooks, process maps, and user guides.

• Manage cloud transformation and automation projects from planning to delivery.

• Provide training and support to drive adoption of cloud platforms, automation tools, and AI capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

• 3–5 years’ experience in cloud operations, business/technical analysis, or DevOps‑related roles.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and cloud server operations.

• Hands‑on exposure to automation tools (IaC, scripting, CI/CD) and interest in AI/AIOps.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; Japanese is a plus.

• Experience in project management is an advantage.

• Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are a bonus.
