We are Alpha HR, a specialist headhunting firm currently assisting various banks in expanding their teams of Relationship Managers and Investment Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong, lasting relationships with Prestige clients

• Acquire new clients while nurturing and retaining a portfolio of high-value clients

• Understand and anticipate client needs, delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations

• Engage with clients on both personal and professional levels to understand their short- and long-term financial goals

• Offer tailored financial advice focused on wealth growth and capital protection

• Achieve performance targets and revenue growth through deepening client relationships

• Foster client loyalty through proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet diverse needs

• Promote a cohesive team culture within the Prestige segment, boosting morale and commitment

• Comply with all internal policies and external regulatory standards

Who We’re Looking For

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field

• Hold valid certifications: IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3) and HKSI (Papers 1, 7, 8)

• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales or telesales within the banking or call center environment

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-first mindset

• Sales-driven with a deep understanding of financial markets and strong commercial awareness

• Mature, independent, and capable of working under pressure

• Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus

• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager is an advantage
