Responsibilities

· Responsible for building an investor relations and market value management system based on the company's actual management situation, effectively improving the company's value;

· Continuously track and study the macro trend of the oil and gas market, capital market dynamics, and peer dynamics;

· Conduct industry benchmarking research, write a comparable company benchmarking analysis report, including strategic changes, performance overview, management dynamics, key business development and analyst views, etc.;

· Participate in company earnings releases and roadshows, participate in communication and exchange with investors and analysts;

· Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, and related sciences, QS World University Rankings top 100 institutions preferred;

· Hold CFA and other professional qualifications, with at least 5 years of investor relations work experience, of which at least 3 years of investment institution, investment bank, and sell-side research experience is preferred;

· Applicants with a background in Chinese companies and energy industry experience are preferred;

· Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;

· Have strong communication skills, team collaboration skills and good professional ethics;

· Love for Hong Kong, proactive and meticulous work, and loyalty to the company.
