<p>Job Responsibilities<br></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for customer relationship management, maintenance and expansion of key customer resources, and improvement of customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Focus on sales of contact center solution (Call Centre Solutions), promote market penetration of Genesys platform-related products and services.</p></li><li><p>Combining generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) technology application, provide innovative and competitive solution suggestions to customers.</p></li><li><p>Set personal sales goals and strategies, regularly submit sales reports and track progress.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with technical support and project teams to ensure a smooth sales process and complete the initial connection work after the deal is completed.</p></li></ul><p><br>Work requirements<br></p><ul><li><p>Have sales or customer development related work experience, those with communications, information technology or contact center industry background are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with Genesys or other mainstream contact center platforms, those who are willing to learn emerging technologies such as generative AI in the customer service field are especially welcome.</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills and negotiation techniques, be able to operate independently and bear performance pressure.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to consistently achieve business targets.</p></li><li><p>Holding a valid Hong Kong identity card or relevant qualifications for legal employment in Hong Kong, and able to work at No. 838, Lai Fong Center, Chong Shing Street, Cheung Sha Wan.</p></li></ul>
