The primary responsibility will be to generate CVs for hiring Insurance Agents while also building and leading your own recruitment team. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to attract and engage potential candidates.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong><u>JOB DESCRIPTIONS</u> . . .</strong></p><p></p><p><strong> > Develop and implement effective strategies to source and attract qualified candidates for Insurance Agent positions.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>> Recruit, train and manage a small team of recruitment professionals focussed on generating CVs and enhancing recruitment efforts.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>> Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media and networking to gather CVs and identify potential candidates.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>>> Create compelling content and communications that promote the benefits of becoming an Insurance Agent with our company.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong> > Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>> Partner with hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong> > Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve processes.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>> Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, team performance and overall outcomes to Senior Management.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong><u>REQUIREMENTS</u> . . .</strong></p><p></p><p><strong> > Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or a related field.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>> Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in the Insurance Industry is a plus factor.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong> > Strong Leadership skills with experience in building and managing a recruitment team.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>> Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>> Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving recruitment goals.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environm</strong>ent</p>
