Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks for trusts and corporate entities, including maintenance of trust documents, company registers, and asset records.

• Draft and organize trust-related legal and administrative documents such as trust deeds, letters of wishes, and board resolutions.

• Ensure accurate trust establishment and seamless transfer and ongoing management of client assets.

• Assist with bank and investment account opening procedures.

• Support Trust Managers in conducting annual trust and corporate reviews.

• Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure effective management of client trust assets.

• Maintain updated trust and asset records and assist with basic reconciliation tasks.

• Ensure all operations are conducted in strict accordance with company policies and regulatory frameworks.

• Assist Trust Managers in process improvement and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry (e.g., banking, trust, law firm, or accounting firm). Experience in trust or wealth management is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

• Professional qualifications such as Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) or company secretarial license will be prioritized.

• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Familiarity with trust structures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong is a plus.
