Job Description:

The Hearing Aids Researcher's role encompasses the entire lifecycle of hearing aid innovation, focusing on algorithmic research, auditory physiology studies, product development, and more. We offer ample opportunities and sufficient autonomy for you to contribute to the foundational innovations and core breakthroughs in hearing aids, working together to elevate the domestic hearing aid sector!

Job Scope:

1. Employ speech signal processing, acoustic device innovation, and other tools to address challenges in hearing enhancement, intelligibility improvement, and sound quality optimization;

2. Become a pioneer in fundamental technology, algorithm architecture, and potentially set industry standards;

3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to explore the boundaries of cross-disciplinary research.

Job Requirements:

1. Hold a Master's degree (through research) or Ph.D., specializing in Computer and Information Engineering, Acoustics, Audiology, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Automation, Artificial Intelligence, etc.;

2. Prior experience in speech signal processing, embedded systems, and hearing-related projects is preferred;

3. Demonstrate a sense of duty to enhance the quality of life for those with hearing impairments;4. Possess exceptional research capabilities, exhibit focus and curiosity, have a strong drive for self-learning, and the ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with new domains while pursuing excellence and creativity.
