Job Responsibilities:

• Actively promote the leasing of the Logistics Centre's warehouse and office resources, conduct customer development, and strengthen brand recognition and positioning in the high-end logistics real estate market

• Lead site visit and leasing negotiations, ensuring compliance throughout the process, promote successful leasing and facilitate contract execution

• Oversee the entire leasing cycle, including rent collection, government rates and rent payments, renewals, compliance monitoring, and contract administration

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

• Proven experience in real estate leasing; applicants with experience in logistics warehouse leasing or background working in major intermediary companies in Hong Kong is highly preferred

• Holder of valid EAA license

• Solid knowledge of leasing processes, compliance requirements, and property market practices

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

• Proven sales skills with strong ability in client acquisition and negotiation

• Result-driven and customer-oriented mindse
