<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform transaction monitoring and conduct investigations into suspicious activities / alerts generated by the AML/CFT systems.</li><li>Analyze AML reports to detect potential suspicious transactions and implement follow-up measures to ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>Participate in the timely preparation and submission of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the relevant authorities.</li><li>Assist the Team Head in tracking the status of SAS cases and STRs to ensure timely investigation and resolution.</li><li>Provide technical support for the Bank’s AML systems, including handling user inquiries, collaborating with Business Analysts, and troubleshooting system incidents.</li><li>Support AML/CFT-related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AML/CFT compliance, with a preference for backgrounds in banking transaction monitoring.</li><li>Professional certification such as AAMLP, CAMS, or ECF is highly advantageous.</li><li>Solid understanding of AML/CFT regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.</li><li>Experience in SAS programming and involvement in AML system implementation, RegTech solutions, or related technical support is preferred.</li><li>Independent, collaborative, and analytical, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
