Job Description
Requirements:
1. Have a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, law, etc. is preferred.2. Pass the relevant academic examinations of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Association (HKSI), or hold professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, etc. are preferred.3.5 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years must be in securities business or related automated trading service business.4. Have extensive financial industry experience, hold a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) recognized RO qualification, and have in-depth understanding of the relevant regulations of the 1/7 license, and be familiar with the application and maintenance work of Hong Kong 1, 4, 7, 9 licenses.5. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills and stress resistance, adapt to high-intensity work rhythms, and be able to efficiently handle internal and external multi-department coordination work items. 6. Have fluent Chinese, English, and Cantonese language skills, and be able to handle international business communications and document processing.7. Able to cooperate with superiors and Shenzhen Company's work arrangements, those who have cross-regional collaboration experience or ability are preferred.Qualifications:Key Competencies:2.
