<p>A 24-month Management Trainee rotation designed to turn you into a <strong>multi-disciplinary SME advisor, </strong>You will rotate through four practice pods:</p><ol><li><strong>Tax & Structuring</strong> – profits-tax planning, offshore claims, MPF & salaries-tax optimisation</li><li><strong>Audit & Financial Reporting</strong> – prepare audit packs, liaise with external auditors, draft NFI & bank-covenant reports</li><li><strong>CoSec & Governance</strong> – incorporate HK & BVI companies, maintain statutory records, draft board minutes & resolutions</li><li><strong>Government Funding</strong> – screen eligibility, craft technical & financial proposals, project-manage claims to disbursement</li></ol>
