（Position base in Hong Kong, work requires travel between Hong Kong and Guangzhou)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the domestic and international secondary market large-scale asset allocation and combination management, build an investment framework based on macro-cycles to complete warehouse layout, dynamic rebalancing, and combination re-balancing to achieve stable asset appreciation.

2. Proficient in various quantitative strategies, financial derivatives and alternative investment products, building a diversified asset allocation system, hedging market risks and optimizing portfolio returns.

4. Build a combination risk control system, strictly control key risk indicators such as drawdown, exposure, and concentration, and ensure compliant and stable investment.

5. Maintain domestic and foreign investment institutions and managers’ resources, dig out high-quality investment targets, complete customer asset restructuring and strategy interpretation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, finance, mathematics, economics related majors are preferred, those who hold CFA, FRM certificates are preferred.

2. More than 8 years of asset allocation and asset management investment experience, with a family office, private bank, and top private equity industry background, and independent portfolio management experience for high net worth/family overall assets.

3. Have independent investment and market research capabilities, rigorous thinking logic, high market sensitivity, strong risk control and compliance awareness.
