<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Assisting in evaluating investment opportunities; Lead market research, financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence processes;</p><p>2. Prepare investment memos, performance reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;</p><p>3. Actively build and manage relationships with investors, consultants, and internal teams across functions;</p><p>4. Act as the company's Responsible Officer for Type 1, Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities, where applicable</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance or relevant. Current SFC Type 1,4and 9 RO status or eligibility to act as an RO for Type 1,4and 9 regulated activities.</p><p>2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of SFC regulations and guidelines.</p><p>3. Proven track record of managing compliance functions and interfacing with regulatory bodies.</p><p>4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.</p><p>5. Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</p><p>6. Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is essential.</p>
