<p> Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Maintain and enhance relationships with international card schemesincluding Visa, MasterCard, and DCI to ensure effective communication and collaboration. </p><p>2. Lead the design, approval, and launch of compliant VCC and crypto-linked card products in collaboration with card schemes. </p><p>3. Develop and manage partnerships with Bin Sponsors across Europe,Australia, and the Americas to expand global business capabilities. </p><p>4. Define strategic directions for the company's card business and establish robust Profit and Loss (PnL) models for ongoing analysis and optimization. </p><p>5. Conduct market trend analyses and competitive benchmarking to ppropose innovative and competitive product offerings.</p><p><strong> Requirements</strong>:</p><p> 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Businesss Administration, or related fields. </p><p>2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working with carrd schemes (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) or international card issueers</p><p>3. Experience in designing innovative financial products, particularly related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies, is highly advantageous. </p><p>4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of managing cross-cultural teams effectively. </p><p>5. Proficient in English (both spoken and written).</p>
