<p></p><p>Responsible for handling mortgage loans, such as writing legal instructions, checking loan documents; and other non-mortgage application processing: cashier transactions, collections, etc. Also need to submit CCRA data to the land registration office e-Alert.</p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Handling bank guarantee/collateral application</li><li>Write a legal instruction letter to the law firm, check if the loan documents are complete</li><li>Handling inquiries from customer managers, law firms and other departments regarding mortgage loan transactions or other operational matters</li><li>Entry, reconciliation</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Grade Five or above</li><li>At least 3 years of bank operations experience (with loan experience being the best)</li><li>Identify basic banking products and accounting</li></ul>
