Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily operation of the fitness center (promoting customer membership/class information, answering customer calls and following up on social media inquiries)

2. Provide quality customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere, assisting customers in solving problems at the club

3. Process daily administrative work, follow up on all customer memberships/classes, and follow up on coaches/instructors’ attendance records during office hours

4. Keep the place clean and maintain good order

5. Assist in the fitness room's market promotion activities

Requirements

- Diploma or above

- More than 2 years of sales/customer service work experience

- Basic computer operations and Chinese and English input (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Good Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin

- Outgoing, energetic, independent, positive, and responsible

- Polite, good communication skills, and able to solve problems

- Enjoy building good relationships with others

- Priority will be given to those who are good at using social media

- Priority will be given to those with AED / CPR / first aid certificate
