Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with account opening for both deposit and investment accounts, ensuring all onboarding documentation is completed accurately
Educate and cross-sell ATM services, internet banking, and mobile banking to increase digital adoption and usage among customers
Greet and manage customer flow in the banking hall, directing customers to appropriate service channels
Handle general customer enquiries and process non-financial transactions such as password resets and credential updates
Provide digital support to customers and participate in digital workshops to promote the Bank's online banking services
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma holder or equivalent qualification
Relevant Insurance Intermediaries (RI) licenses required; TR license preferred
Minimum 1 year of solid experience in branch banking services (banking background preferred)
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
Good command of MS Office and general computer skills
Proficient in Chinese, English, and Mandarin
Customer-focused, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationships
Pleasant, presentable, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences
Sound knowledge of online banking services and digital platforms
Team player with a cooperative mindset to build team spirit
