Model Development and Deployment:</strong></p><p><strong>Design, develop, and deploy models from MVP to production, ensuring continuous support and adaptation to changing business needs.</strong></p><p><strong>2. Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning:</strong></p><p><strong>Provide expert analytics, including machine learning and statistical modeling, to solve business problems and optimize outcomes.</strong></p><p><strong>3. Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong></p><p><strong>Partner with business teams to translate business challenges into quantitative solutions and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.</strong></p><p><strong>4. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:</strong></p><p><strong>Monitor model performance in production and initiate improvements to ensure sustained business value.</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.</strong></li><li><strong>4-6 years of experience deploying models to production and maintaining them to meet changing business needs.</strong></li><li><strong>Strong skills in Python, R, Spark, and big data tools.</strong></li><li><strong>Experience with AWS and data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI) is a plus.</strong></li></ul>
