<p>We are a boutique search firm specializing in multiple sectors across Greater China region. It is founded by team of experienced recruitment consultant who has strong understanding about China talent market. As part of the growth of the business, we are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team, ideally with prior experience in the Internet or Data/AI sector. The successful individual will work closely with top manager to deliver high-performance tools and products for internal purposes.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p><p>· Set up and maintain existing structured data via public cloud infrastructure</p><p>· Design, develop, and maintain automatic data processes, including continuous data extraction, ETL and ingestions, where AI tools are probably adopted if necessary</p><p>· Ensure program stability and maintain BAU operations. Develop real-time alerting, monitoring, and logging to uncover signals and proactively troubleshoot issues</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related fields</p><p>· A minimum of 2 years of working experience</p><p>· Proven track record of building AI capabilities or levering AI tools (RAG, ChatGPT API) for scalable data/business applications</p><p>· In-house LLM context engineering background is a plus</p><p>· Strong experience in database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redshift) and back-end Python web framework (Flask, Django)</p><p>· Experience in data analysis (Pandas, Matplotlib)</p><p>· Web scraping background (Selenium) is a plus</p><p>· Familiar with cloud technology and operations in AWS or China clouds (Ali Cloud)</p><p>· Business fluency in Mandarin Chinese</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualities</strong></p><p>· Ability to work independently</p><p>· Proactive and self-motivated</p><p>· Responsible for quality</p>
