Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the Adobe Marketo platform, including but not limited to:
2. Building, testing, and monitoring marketing automation workflows (e.g., emails, landing pages, forms, etc.)
3. Performing data cleansing and synchronization tasks, and maintaining integration configurations with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
4. Managing user permissions, optimizing system performance, and troubleshooting system issues
5. Analyze marketing campaign performance data, prepare ROI reports, and provide optimization recommendations
6. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) automation strategies
7. Ensure system operations comply with international data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
8. Develop internal documentation and assist in training colleagues on basic Adobe Marketo functionalities
Job Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo, with familiarity in B2B marketing environments
2. Proficient in Adobe Marketo core functionalities (e.g., Smart Campaigns, Lead Scoring, Dynamic Content, etc.)
3. Familiar with the logic and operational processes of Adobe Marketo integration with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
4. Basic SQL skills with the ability to independently conduct data analysis and generate reports
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members in English
