Our client, a well-established distributor and retailer of high-quality home and electric appliances, is seeking a driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and elevate their digital presence. This is a critical role responsible for crafting compelling narratives around our diverse product range—from sleek kitchen gadgets to smart home solutions—and ensuring a seamless online customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will manage the digital content cycle, focusing on product showcasing and brand engagement:

1. Content Creation & Digital Storytelling

• Develop and write engaging copy for social media posts, advertising campaigns, and website news, highlighting product features and modern living benefits.

• Utilize a strong visual sense to ensure all content and assets (videos, graphics) are premium, professional, and consistent with the brand's aesthetic.

• Implement efficiency using modern tools, including AI and content design software (e.g., Canva), ensuring rapid content deployment with consistent brand tone.

• Coordinate content visuals by briefing and liaising with external design and video production vendors.

2. Digital Platform Management

• Manage online community engagement by replying promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and messages across social media platforms.

• Plan, execute, and promote digital events (e.g., Facebook Live product demonstrations, seasonal campaigns).

• Maintain and update the official website to ensure accuracy, optimal user experience, and timely communication of promotions.

3. Product Launch & Asset Coordination

• Lead the marketing asset production process for new product arrivals. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external manufacturers for high-quality photo and video shooting.

• Ensure all digital assets (catalogues, leaflets, and e-commerce listings) are updated accurately and immediately following a new product launch.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Management, specifically within the consumer electronics, home goods, or retail distribution sectors.

• A natural eye for high-quality aesthetics and visual presentation.

• Proficiency in content design tools and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content production.

• Excellent project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple vendor relationships and product launches simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Facebook Event creation and general social media platform administration.

• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
