Direct Marketing & CRM

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Assist to plan and implement CRM program development - loyalty programs, member-get-member programs, life-cycle programs and customer events, etc.</p><p>· Develop CRM communications and contents across channels - member app, mobile message, email and newsletter, etc.</p><p>· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM programs, also provide recommendations to improve performance.</p><p>· Source and liaise with vendors and partners for gift production and joint promotion.</p><p>· Collaborate with different teams to develop and execute CRM campaigns.</p><p>· Provide training and guidelines to ensure the frontline staff follow through CRM policies, operational workflow, app usage, bonus points and gift redemption procedures.</p><p>· Coordinate feedback from frontline and follow up on enquiries and issues related to CRM campaigns and loyalty program</p><p>· Support to analyse customer profile and latest trends for actions</p><p>· Assist other CRM related initiatives and project management</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent</p><p>· A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in beauty / healthcare / retails industry is preferred</p><p>· Experience in using WeM beauty management system and whatsApp API would be definitely an advantage</p><p>· Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.</p><p>· Strong numerical sense, analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>· Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must</p><p>· Proactive, curious, and strong sense of ownership</p><p>· Detail minded and independent with strong organisational and multitasking skill</p><p>· A dedicated team player with a creative and results oriented mindset</p><p></p><p><strong>Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" to submit your resume (including current and expected salary, availability)or whatsapp 5561 1256 for more details.</strong></p><p>Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.</p>
