Job Duties:

• Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervise work progress and coordinate various activities at construction

• Prepare regular progress reports

• Provide on-site engineering and coordination support during the construction phase

• Coordinate with main contractors and liaise with clients, architects, utilities and consultants on all E&M matters

• Oversee and ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems

• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline

• 7 years experience in electrical installation

• Experience with Housing job has advantage

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Preferable in holder of REW B

Office Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00-18:00, Sat: 9:00-12:00 (Alt. Sat.)
