<p>Responsibiliti es </p><p>• Assist Project Manager in tender preparati on, tender analysis, price </p><p>negoti ati on and budget control </p><p>• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, main-contractors and sub-contractors </p><p>for project implementati on </p><p>• Handle project administrati on </p><p>• Resolve ad hoc site matt ers and site coordination </p><p> </p><p>Requirements: </p><p>• Holder of Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services </p><p>Engineering or equivalent </p><p>• Possess 1-3 years’ relevant working experience in parti cipati on of E&M / </p><p>Environmental Projects / Building Services Contracts </p><p>• Good command of both writt en and spoken English and Chinese </p><p>• Good communicati on and interpersonal skills </p><p>• Self moti vated, Independent and able to work under pressure </p><p>• Profi ciency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project </p><p>• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Engineer </p><p> </p>
