<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Manage and maintain storage/data backup systems.</p><p>- Develop policies and standards aligned with industry best practices.</p><p>- Collaborate with vendors to meet SLA requirements.</p><p>- Ensure high performance and stability of infrastructure.</p><p>- Monitor alerts, analyze events, and respond to risks/incidents.</p><p>- Design/test data recovery, migration, and contingency plans.</p><p>- Provide 24/7 on-call and on-site support for emergencies.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field.</p><p>- 2+ years with storage (e.g., Huawei, Hitachi, EMC) and backup tools (e.g., NetBackup).</p><p>- Vendor management experience for projects and ops.</p><p>- Up-to-date on storage/backup trends.</p><p>- Self-motivated, thrives under pressure.</p><p>- Strong troubleshooting and team communication skills.</p><p>- Fluent in English/Chinese (Mandarin a plus).</p><p>- Finance/banking experience preferred.</p><p>Senior / System Administrator- Storage/ Backup</p><p><br> Work Function: Hardware Engineer | Employment Type: Full-time | Work location<br> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the storage system and data backup system, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the system.</p></li><li><p>Develop and optimize storage and backup-related policies, standards, and procedures, in accordance with industry best practices.</p></li><li><p>Close cooperation with equipment suppliers, coordinate project implementation and daily operations, and ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.</p></li><li><p>Continuously monitor infrastructure status, respond promptly to system alarms, analyze event logs, and handle potential risks and sudden accidents.</p></li><li><p>Design, test and validate data recovery, migration solutions and emergency plans to ensure business continuity.</p></li><li><p>Participate in major fault diagnosis and technical support, provide 7x24-hour shift and on-site support in emergency situations.</p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Computer Science, Information Technology or related professional Bachelor's degree.</p></li><li><p>Have at least 2 years of practical experience in storage devices (such as Huawei, Hitachi, EMC, etc.) and backup tools (such as NetBackup).</p></li><li><p>Have experience in collaborating with suppliers to manage projects and daily operations.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the current storage and backup technology development trends, and able to continuously introduce suitable new technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Have high self-motivation and be able to effectively execute tasks under high pressure.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent problem-solving skills and team communication and collaboration abilities.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English and Chinese for written and oral communication, Mandarin ability is an added bonus.</p></li><li><p>Applicants with financial or banking industry experience will be given priority. </p></li></ul>
