Provide professional and standardized technical support services and technical training to customers;</p><p>3. Complete other tasks assigned by our supervisor.</p><p><br>[Job Requirements]</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science or communications engineering, etc. related professional background is preferred, and excellent interns and fresh graduates are accepted;</p><p>2. Fluent in Cantonese, good in English;</p><p>3. Familiar with mainstream network vendors (such as Cisco/Juniper/Huawei/H3C product network technology), with relevant certifications as best;</p><p>4. Familiar with industry business processes and network application requirements;</p><p>5. Have strong service awareness, be able to communicate well with customers, and have strong sense of responsibility and organizational discipline. </p>
