Main work content:

· FAPS system development and testing support, ensure compliance with HKMA regulatory requirements

· Update the system CRA maintenance page, optimize the management function of credit rating agencies’ related data

· Update Audit Trail report, ensure that system logs and data change records meet compliance requirements

· Establish a connection with the new CRA OneConnect, throughMCRA internal processImplement data exchange

· Develop "Proportionate Rule Automatic Allocation CRA" function, optimize credit rating allocation mechanism

· Production environment release support, ensure the system is stably online and meets regulatory requirements

· After going online, support and maintenance, monitor and solve potential problems, and continuously optimize system performance

Requirements:

· HaveGood team collaboration skills，able to communicate efficiently with testing, operations, and business teams

· HaveStronger analysis and problem-solving skills, can quickly locate and fix system problems

· Have a bankCredit system (such as FAPS, loan management, credit approval)Preference will be given to those with development experience

· HaveHong Kong bank or financial institution IT system development experiencePreference will be given to those who have completed the course

Technical requirements:

· Proficient inJava backend development, haveEJB and JSPDevelopment experience, familiar with mainstream Java development frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringCloud, etc.

· Have enterprise-level application development experience, familiarDistributed system architecture, with a databaseSQL optimizationExperience

· FamiliarMessage middleware, Web services (SOAP/REST), multithreaded programmingand other related technologies

· UnderstandBank credit businessAnd those with regulatory requirements are preferred

Requirements:

· Understand banksFacility Processing System（FAPS）Basic process, including credit approval, loan management, and credit risk control

· FamiliarCRA (Credit Rating Agency) data management, understand the role of credit rating in the loan approval process

· Understand the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) onCredit Data Smart operational resilienceThe regulatory requirements

Hard requirements:

· Have Hong Kong residency and be able to live and work long-term in Hong Kong. (Business visa is not allowed, you will be caught within 1-2 months).
