Job Responsibilities

• Execute daily valuation and account reconciliation of fund products to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Responsible for annual fund audit arrangements and financial report preparation, coordinating with accounting firms and regulatory agencies on communication.
• Handle transaction settlement processes and perform regular reconciliations of cash flows and asset positions.
• Assist in completing the opening of investment portfolio trading accounts and related back-end support operations.
• Support the financial management and process optimization of various fund operations, improve operating efficiency and compliance level.

Work requirements

• Master's degree or above from a well-known university at home and abroad, majoring in accounting, finance or related fields.
• Applicants with CFA, CPA, etc. professional qualifications will be given priority.
• At least five years of relevant work experience, with experience in fund auditing at the Big Four accounting firms, or working as a fund valuer at a custodian bank or asset management company, is preferred.
• Proficient in VBA or Python automation tools is an added bonus.
• Have quick learning and multi-task processing abilities, pay attention to details, and pursue high-quality delivery results.
• Have good team spirit and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English through written and oral communication.
