Responsibilities

1. Financial accounting and monthly statement management: Responsible for the company's overall accounting treatment, monthly, quarterly and annual settlements, ensuring that accounts and facts are consistent, and reports are accurate and timely.

2. Financial statements and management analysis: Prepare income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and management reports to support operating decisions and budget management.

3. Budget and cash flow management: Establish a budget system, rolling forecast and cash flow monitoring mechanism, and improve fund utilization efficiency and risk early warning ability.

4. : Lead annual audit and special audit preparation, responsible for audit data processing, audit inquiry, difference explanation and corrective action loop.

5. Taxation and compliance reporting: Responsible for tax planning and application (corporate income tax, value-added tax / capital gains tax, etc.), reducing tax risks and ensuring compliance.

6. Investment and due diligence support

7. Process and internal control construction: Establish and optimize reimbursement, payment, procurement, contract, revenue recognition, etc. processes, improve internal control system and financial regulations.

8. Cross-departmental collaboration

9. Cross-border business: Have cross-border business experience (multiple currencies, cross-border payments, overseas subsidiary consolidation statements, etc.).

Requirements

Must-have

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, auditing, and other related fields.

2. 2 years of financial related work experience.

3. : Including but not limited to annual audits, special audits, audit working paper preparation, confirmation letters, audit adjustment communication and corrective action loop.

4. Familiar with accounting standards and financial reporting systems (IFRS/PRC GAAP/HKFRS, choose one or more).

5. Have solid reporting and data analysis skills, and be able to independently complete monthly statements and management reports.

6. Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to adapt to the fast-paced and parallel processing work environment of a startup company.

• Have a background in one of the Big Four or top accounting firms (Audit/Assurance/Deals/FA).

• Have technology/AI/SaaS/Internet enterprise financial experience, understand R&D costs, cloud resource costs and revenue recognition characteristics.

• Have experience in due diligence for financing, government funding audit/project accounting.

• Applicants with CPA/ACCA/CIMA or other professional certificates are preferred.
