We are now seeking an outstanding CFO to support our next phase of sustainable growth and international expansion.</p><p></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong> Reporting to the CEO and Board, the CFO will be a key executive team member responsible for the Group’s overall financial health. This strategic yet hands-on role requires Big 4-trained expertise in listed-company environments, with a strong focus on compliance, risk control, and driving profitable growth in the apparel sector.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><p>Financial Strategy & Planning</p><ul><li><p>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning</p></li><li><p>Provide strategic insights for supply chain and product innovation</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Capital Management & Financing</p><ul><li><p>Optimize capital structure, cash flow, and treasury operations</p></li><li><p>Secure cross-border funding and manage FX/working capital risks</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Financial Reporting & Compliance</p><ul><li><p>Ensure accurate reporting under CAS, IFRS/HKFRS, and SSE rules</p></li><li><p>Oversee audits, tax planning, and regulatory filings across HK & China</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Risk Management & Internal Control</p><ul><li><p>Build robust controls to address operational, supply-chain, and geopolitical risks</p></li><li><p>Strengthen governance and ESG reporting framework</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Business Decision Support</p><ul><li><p>Advise CEO/Board on M&A, profitability, and new market entries</p></li><li><p>Lead finance team (5-10 staff) and drive ERP/process improvements</p></li></ul></li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA/CPA preferred</p></li><li><p>Big 4 audit background strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>15+ years finance experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership (FD/CFO) within manufacturing/apparel/consumer goods</p></li><li><p>Proven track record with SSE-listed or HK-Mainland cross-border operations highly advantageous</p></li><li><p>Expert in financial modelling, ERP, Excel; familiar with apparel KPIs</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin a plus</p></li><li><p>Strategic, hands-on, high-integrity leader passionate about sustainable fashion</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>
