<div>Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Assist customers in handling MPF account consolidation and transfer, providing clear process explanations and document support</li></ul><ul> <li>Based on the customer's financial situation, provide basic financial advice, covering risk management, retirement planning, and personal investment plans</li> <li>Regularly provide customers with the latest financial market dynamics and related information to enhance their understanding of wealth management</li> <li>Responsible for daily file organization and data archiving, ensuring customer data is complete and compliant</li> <li>Proactively contact customers to arrange meeting times, coordinate consulting service processes, and enhance customer service experiences</li> </ul> </div> <div>Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Year 18, with secondary six DSE level (5 subjects qualified) or above</li> <li>No need to have relevant work experience, welcome college students, fresh graduates and hospitality, aviation or retail industry workers who are interested in changing careers to apply</li> <li>Passionate about the financial services industry, willing to learn about financial planning and actively expand personal development</li> <li>Have basic communication skills and sense of responsibility, and be able to handle customer needs and follow-up properly</li> <li>Applicants with banking and financial industry experience are preferred</li> </ul> </div>
