Responsibilities:

1. Application & Submission Management

Assist in preparing and submitting project applications, forms, and

documentation.

Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records of submitted materials and follow up as

needed.

2. Project Coordination Support

Work closely with developers and project managers to gather required

information or user requirements

Organize and maintain project files, ensuring the documentation should

be up-to-date.

Assist Project Managers in preparing reports, presentations and progress

updates

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field

Minimum 2-3 year of experience in IT project management or Business

Analyst

Excellent organizational and time-management in project coordination

Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and system

infrastructures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project

management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project etc.).

Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge

of Mandarin is a plus.

Possess a strong sense of responsibility

Self-motivated and well-organized, willing to learn with a positive

attitude

Salary: HKD 28K-40K/month
