Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals focused on promoting and selling 3PL and end-to-end supply chain solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, and logistics consultancy.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients across key industry verticals such as retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and SMEs in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular account reviews, service performance monitoring, and proactive solution customization to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services and resolve cross-functional escalations promptly.

• Prepare market intelligence reports, pipeline forecasts, and monthly KPI dashboards for senior management review; contribute insights to refine pricing models and service offerings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience within third-party logistics, freight forwarding, or integrated supply chain services, preferably in a Hong Kong-based or regional firm.

• Fluency in both Cantonese and English is essential for client engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and internal coordination.

• Valid Hong Kong Permanent Resident status is mandatory; candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship requirements.

• Competitive base salary ranging from HKD 30,000 to HKD 45,000 per month, with transparent and performance-linked commission structure offering significant earnings potential.
