<div>Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Assist customers with freight quotation, providing accurate and competitive freight estimates</li> <li>Responsible for opening freight documents, including bills of lading and related documents, to ensure that the information is correct and accurate</li> <li>Coordinate logistics operations to arrange goods, and coordinate warehouse and transportation units to complete goods delivery</li> <li>Follow up on goods status, respond to customer inquiries in real time, and ensure smooth logistics flow</li> <li></li> </ul> </div> <div>Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Secondary school education or above, logistics, trade or related professional background is preferred</li> <li>Have basic English reading and writing abilities, and be able to handle daily emails and file communication</li> <li>Familiar with computer operations, familiar with Excel, Word and other office software</li> <li>Attention to detail and sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit</li> <li>Applicants with freight forwarding or logistics industry experience will be given priority</li> </ul> </div>
