Job overview

As an e-sports server, you will become an important member of the store operation, responsible for front desk reception, customer service and daily operations. Through systematic training, you will gradually master multiple skills such as water bar, cashier, and outfield, and have the opportunity to quickly promote.

Main responsibilities

· Responsible for front desk cashiers, customer reception, assisting customers with activation and answering inquiries

· Create and promote beverages and light meals to boost in-store sales

· Keep the front desk, internet area and private rooms clean

· Actively participate in training, familiar with the skills of the water bar, cashier, and outdoor field

· Assist in completing daily operations-related work

Job Requirements

· Familiar with mainstream games, those who love esports culture are preferred

· No academic qualifications, those with a suitable esports personality are given priority

· Work seriously and responsibly, with good stress resistance and team spirit

· Able to adapt to shift work (including night shifts)
