Job Description

We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team at Mei KTV. This role is essential for supporting daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer experience and maintaining our brand standards.

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.

Operational Support:

Assist in the daily operations of the shop, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to maintain high service standards. Support training for new staff and contribute to a positive work environment.

Sales Support:

Assist in promoting special offers and events to customers. Help achieve sales targets by engaging with customers effectively.

Feedback and Reporting:

Gather customer feedback and report any concerns to management. Contribute to improving service quality based on customer insights.

Requirements

·Higher diploma or above in related fields, preferably in hospitality management.

·Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.

·Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

·Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

·Knowledge of market trends in the entertainment industry is a plus.

·Immediate availability is preferred.

·Must be willing to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
