Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain long-term relationships with family clients, providing full-cycle services from wealth management to identity settlement, including post-investment management, regular review and renewal support
· Continuously track customer dynamics and market changes, adjust service strategy in a timely manner, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:· Familiar with Hong Kong's Talent, High Talent and IANG visa policies and application procedures, those with relevant project implementation experience are preferred
· Proficient in communicating with high net worth clients, with excellent negotiation skills and customer service awareness
· Mandarin fluency, with good written and oral expression skills, Cantonese ability is an added bonus
